Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted — simply show it on your phone at LOVERS Cafe when you arrive.
When do I choose my pizza?
You select your pizza option at the time of booking. The six choices are Margherita, Californian Veggie, Hawaii, Pepperoni, Margherita with Vegan Cheese, and BBQ Bacon and Chicken.
Can children join the cruise?
Yes. Children under 4 are free of charge, though they are not allocated a seat. Children aged 4 and above require a standard ticket.
Is alcohol available for everyone?
Alcoholic drinks (beer and wine) are served to guests aged 18 and over only. Soft drinks and water are available for all ages.
Where exactly do I meet the boat?
The departure point is LOVERS Cafe on Prins Hendrikkade, very close to Amsterdam Centraal. Look for the LOVERS signage along the waterfront.
How far in advance should I arrive?
Aim to arrive at LOVERS Cafe at least 10–15 minutes before your booked time slot to allow for check-in.
