Do I need to print my ticket?
No — a mobile ticket on your phone is accepted at check-in.
How early do I need to arrive?
Check in at least 30 minutes before your sailing. The departure gate closes two minutes before the scheduled departure time, so late arrivals will not be able to board.
What is the difference between peak and non-peak tickets?
Peak tickets apply to higher-demand sailing times or dates; non-peak tickets are available at a lower fare for quieter departures. Both include the same cruise experience and complimentary snack.
Is the cruise suitable for young children?
Yes. Children aged four and under travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
What happens if the weather is bad?
