Head directly to the Alas Harum Bali entrance on Jalan Raya Tegallalang. Present your mobile ticket at the gate. On arrival you will be asked to select your preferred swing type or extreme activity.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket is accepted at the entrance — simply show it on your phone.
Can I choose my activity when I arrive?
Yes. You select your preferred swing type or extreme activity option on arrival, within whichever tier you have booked.
What are the weight and height limits for each activity?
All swings require participants to weigh between 35 and 150 kg. The Flying Fox zipline requires a height of at least 150 cm and a weight of 35–100 kg. The Sky Bike requires a height of at least 165 cm and a weight of 35–90 kg.
Is the attraction suitable for children?
Children under 7 years old cannot participate in any activity. The Flying Fox zipline has a minimum age of 5 for tandem rides. All other activities follow the height and weight requirements above.
Are there any medical conditions that prevent participation?
Pregnant women, anyone over 70, and those with conditions including heart problems, epilepsy or high blood pressure are not permitted to participate. Check the official Alas Harum website for the full list before visiting.
Is the venue wheelchair or stroller accessible?
No. The attraction is not accessible for wheelchairs or strollers due to the terrain.
