Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket on your phone screen is accepted at the entrance — a screenshot works fine.
What happens if it rains during my visit?
If the outdoor rooftop on level 78 closes due to bad weather, you will be notified before your ticket is scanned. If you have already visited the indoor observatory but cannot access the rooftop, you can collect a revisitation slip at the ticketing counter and return on another date. Tickets that have already been scanned cannot be refunded for weather reasons.
What is the last time I can enter?
Last admission is 3:30 PM for daytime sessions and 6:30 PM for sunset sessions. Check the official Mahanakhon website for daily opening hours before you travel.
Is there a minimum age, and do children pay?
Children under 3 years old enter free of charge. There is no stated minimum age, though the glass-tray rooftop may not suit very young children or those with a fear of heights.
Are there any health restrictions I should know about?
