- 1The aquarium is located on the basement level of Siam Paragon shopping mall. Present your mobile ticket at the main entrance — no printing required. For the glass-bottom boat, book your time slot at the Glass Bottom Boat kiosk counter on arrival. For the 4D cinema, reserve your seat and viewing time at the Information Counter inside.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the entrance — simply show it on your phone screen.
How do I book the glass-bottom boat if it's included in my ticket?
Time slots for the glass-bottom boat are not pre-booked online. On arrival, head to the Glass Bottom Boat kiosk counter inside the aquarium to reserve your preferred time. The boat runs every 15 minutes from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a cleaning break between 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM.
I have a combo ticket with Madame Tussauds — does the order matter?
Yes. If you visit SEA LIFE Bangkok first, your Madame Tussauds ticket is valid for the following 7 days. If you visit Madame Tussauds first, you must use your SEA LIFE ticket on the same day.
Is the aquarium suitable for very young children?
Children under 2 enter free of charge. The glass-bottom boat and 4D cinema are recommended for children aged 3 and above. All children under 15 must be accompanied by a paying adult throughout the visit.
