Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your ticket is valid on your mobile device. Simply present the QR code on your phone at the park entrance. A screenshot as backup is always a good idea.
Is transport to the park included?
Yes. The Cuca de Llum funicular and the TibiBus shuttle service are both included with your admission on a round-trip basis.
Are children free?
Children below 90 cm in height enter free of charge. Children above 120 cm in height require a full adult ticket.
Is the park accessible for visitors with reduced mobility?
Lifts are available between park levels, with priority given to visitors using pushchairs, those with disabilities, elderly visitors and pregnant visitors. Note that some individual ride attractions may have their own access restrictions.
What happens if it rains?
The park remains open in light rain, but certain rides may be closed temporarily for safety reasons during wet weather. It is worth checking local forecasts before your visit.
Can I bring my own food?
