Do I need to print my ticket or is a mobile ticket accepted?
A mobile ticket on your phone is accepted at the gate — there is no need to print anything.
My child is under 90 cm tall — do I still need to buy them a ticket?
No. Children whose height is below 90 cm enter free of charge. You do not need to purchase a ticket for them.
Can I visit at any time, or is there a last entry cut-off?
Last admission is 30 minutes before the aquarium closes. Opening hours can vary depending on operational conditions, so check the venue's current schedule before you travel.
Is the aquarium inside the Gardaland theme park, or is it separate?
SEA LIFE Aquarium is located at the Gardaland resort complex but operates as a separate attraction with its own admission. A Gardaland theme park ticket is not included.
Can I bring my dog or other pets?
Pets are not permitted inside the aquarium. Guide dogs are the only exception.
What happens if some exhibits are closed when I visit?
Certain tanks or displays may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. This is standard for any live aquarium and is outside our control, but the vast majority of the 13 themed areas will be open.
