Is this a private tour or will we be joined by other travellers?
This is a fully private tour. The vehicle, guide and itinerary are exclusively for your group — no shared groups or strangers joining mid-tour.
What happens if the cable car stops due to weather?
The cable car may pause temporarily during inclement weather and resumes once conditions are safe. This is standard practice at Ba Na Hills and outside the operator's control. The itinerary may be adjusted accordingly.
Do children need a ticket?
Children under 100 cm tall are admitted free but no seat is reserved. Children between 100–140 cm require a child ticket; those above 140 cm need an adult ticket.
Are there extra charges on public holidays?
Yes — a surcharge of approximately 30% per person applies on certain Vietnamese public holidays and peak dates (including 30 April–3 May, 1–2 September, and New Year's Eve). This is paid directly on site and may change without prior notice.
Is lunch included in the price?
Lunch is available as an add-on. Choose the 'with Lunch' ticket option at booking to include a set menu or buffet at the summit. If you select the standard option, you can purchase food independently on site.
How do I know which ticket option to select for my group size?
Pricing is structured by group size: two adults, three-to-four adults, or five or more adults. Select the bracket that matches your party — each is available with or without lunch.
