Do I need to print my tickets?
No. Mobile tickets are accepted at both Ain Dubai and The Green Planet — your booking confirmation on your phone is sufficient.
When can I use the Ain Dubai Views ticket?
The Views ticket is valid during non-peak hours only: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 7:00 to 8:00 PM daily. Entry outside these windows is not included.
Do both attractions have to be visited on the same day?
This is a date-based ticket, so check your booking confirmation carefully for any validity restrictions. We recommend confirming opening hours for each venue on the day of your visit via their official websites.
My child is under 2 — do I still need to do anything?
