Frequently asked questions
Is this genuinely a private tour, or will we share with other groups?
The Hummer H2 and guide are reserved exclusively for your group from hotel pick-up to drop-off. You will not be joined by other travellers.
Can I book camel riding or quad biking in advance?
Both activities are optional and available on request, subject to availability, at an additional charge. Mention your interest at the time of booking so the operator can arrange it.
Is dune bashing safe for children or pregnant travellers?
Dune bashing is not recommended for expectant mothers or anyone with back problems due to the jolting nature of the ride. Children aged two and under travel free; older children can join but parents should use their judgement.
Will alcohol be available at the camp?
Alcoholic beverages are not served during Islamic occasions or UAE national holidays. On all other dates, availability depends on the camp's standard offering — check with the operator if this is important to you.
Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?
Your booking confirmation is all you need — present it digitally on your phone to the driver at pick-up. Printing is not required.
What time does the tour finish?
An exact end time is not specified, but desert safari evenings in Dubai typically conclude between 21:30 and 22:30 after dinner and entertainment. Your driver will return you to your hotel once the camp programme ends.
