Where does the tour pick me up from?
Shared transfers collect guests from hotels in Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina. Provide your hotel name and address when booking and your driver will come to you.
What's the difference between the three ticket options?
The Standard option covers the full safari experience including dune bashing, camel ride, BBQ dinner, and entertainment. The VIP Majlis upgrade adds a premium seating area at the camp. The Shisha on Table option includes a shisha pipe at your dinner table. The Polaris quad bike ride is a separate upgrade available at booking.
Is this suitable for children?
Children under 3 travel free but no seat is reserved for them. The quad bike ride has a minimum age of 16. The dune-bashing element is not recommended for pregnant women or anyone with back problems.
What if the weather is bad on the day?
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather and traffic conditions. Your operator will advise you of any significant adjustments ahead of time.
Are vegetarian meals available at the BBQ?
Yes — the BBQ dinner includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, so there's no need to arrange anything separately.
Does the tour run differently during Ramadan?
Yes. During Ramadan, pickup is brought forward to between 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM. All other elements of the tour remain the same.
