Where exactly is the pickup point?
Shared transfers collect you from your hotel in Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, or the Marina area. You'll be asked to provide your hotel details at booking so the driver knows where to find you.
Can I bring my toddler on the dune bashing ride?
Children under 3 travel free of charge, but no seat will be reserved for them. The tour is not recommended for pregnant women or anyone with back problems, so use your judgement for very young children on the 4x4 ride.
What is the minimum age for the quad bike upgrade?
You must be at least 16 years old to ride the 200cc Polaris quad bike. It is also not advised for anyone with vertigo, a susceptibility to heat stroke, or who has recently had hand surgery.
What happens if the weather changes on the day?
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather and traffic conditions. In the event of disruption, your guide will advise on the day.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No — a mobile ticket is accepted, so you can show your confirmation on your phone at pickup.
