Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket on your phone is accepted at the lounge entrance.
Can I access the lounge on arrival into Dubai, or only when departing?
Access is restricted to the airside area. It is available to departing passengers who have cleared passport control and to transit passengers who have cleared transit security. It is not accessible to arriving passengers before they reach baggage claim.
What is the difference between the 3-hour and 6-hour passes?
Both passes cover the same amenities and inclusions. The 6-hour pass simply extends your access window, making it better suited to longer layovers or delayed flights.
Are children allowed in the lounge?
Children under 2 enter free of charge. Children aged 2–11 are welcome but cannot use massage or spa services if offered. All under-18s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Is alcohol included in the price?
A standard selection of alcoholic beverages is included. Certain premium alcoholic drinks may carry an additional charge.
Are shower facilities included?
Shower facilities are available at the lounge but are not covered by the admission price — an additional charge applies.
