Where do I collect the physical pass?
You must redeem your voucher in person at the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Centre, located at the West Exit of Odakyu Line Shinjuku Station in Tokyo, before you start travelling.
Can Japanese citizens use this pass?
No. The Fuji Hakone Pass is valid for non-Japanese visitors only. You may be asked to show your passport at the redemption counter.
Does the pass cover the Romancecar limited express?
No. The Romancecar (Limited Express) requires a separate seat reservation and supplement fee on top of the pass.
Are children charged separately?
Children under 6 travel free of charge, though they are not entitled to a reserved seat. A child pass is required for children aged 6 and above.
When do the three days start — from purchase or first use?
The pass covers three consecutive calendar days from the date you choose when booking. Select your intended start date carefully, as it cannot be changed after redemption.
Can I use this pass to reach Fuji-Q Highland?
The Fujikyu Railway is included, so you can travel to Fuji-Q Highland Station. However, the Chuo Expressway Highway Bus directly serving Fuji-Q Highland from Shinjuku is not covered by this pass.
