Is the Cu Chi Tunnels section suitable for everyone?
No. The tunnels are not recommended for guests who are pregnant, have heart conditions or other relevant medical conditions, or weigh over 90 kg. The tour as a whole is not wheelchair-accessible.
Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?
A mobile ticket on your phone is accepted — no need to print anything. Show your confirmation to the guide at pickup.
What is the difference between the Standard and Luxury tour options?
Both options follow the same itinerary and include the same admissions, lunch, and transfers. The Luxury tier typically offers a higher-comfort vehicle and may include additional amenities — full details are shown on the ticket selection page.
Are there extra charges on public holidays?
Yes. A surcharge of VND 150,000 per person applies on 1 January, 15–19 February, 26 April, 30 April, 1 May, 1–2 September, and 31 December 2026. This is paid directly on the day, not at the time of booking.
Can I bring my young child?
Children under 3 travel free but will not have a reserved seat and lunch is not provided for them. Children of all ages must be accompanied by a paying adult throughout the tour.
