Frequently asked questions
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the bus kiosk and at Aquaria KLCC — just show it on your phone.
How do I book my Aquaria timeslot?
After you complete your booking, you'll receive a reservation link by email. Use it to select your preferred entry time at Aquaria KLCC before your visit. Capacity is limited, so it's worth reserving early.
What is the difference between the weekday and weekend tickets?
Weekday tickets cover Monday to Friday visits to Aquaria. Weekend and public holiday tickets cover Saturday, Sunday, and the specific Wilayah Persekutuan public holidays listed in the booking details. Aquaria is open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekends and those public holidays.
Are children charged separately?
Children under 6 travel free on the hop-on hop-off bus. Children under 3 enter Aquaria KLCC free of charge. Children aged 3–12 must be accompanied by a paying adult on the bus at all times.
How often do the buses run?
Buses pass each stop every 20 to 30 minutes, so you won't be waiting long if you miss one.
Can I use the bus and Aquaria on different days?
The bus pass is valid for 24 hours from first use. Aquaria admission is for the date you select when reserving your timeslot. Both should be used within the same trip window — check your confirmation for exact validity.
