Can I board with just the e-ticket on my phone?
No. The e-ticket must be exchanged for a physical ticket at the Kansai Limousine Bus ticket counter before you board. At KIX, counters are located in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. If you're departing from Osaka Umeda, you can also exchange at Hotel New Hankyu (note the bus stop itself moves to Hankyu Third Avenue from 27 January 2026).

No. The Kansai Limousine Bus pass sold here is valid for international travellers only. You will need a valid international travel document to use the service.
