Frequently asked questions
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket on your phone is accepted at the gate — no printing needed.
What is the difference between the normal lane and express lane tickets?
Normal lane tickets join the standard boarding queue. Express lane tickets allow you to use a faster-access queue, which can save significant time during busy periods.
Is the SkyBridge included in all ticket options?
No. Only tickets labelled '+ SkyBridge' include SkyBridge access. The standard gondola tickets take you to the summit but do not include SkyBridge entry.
Are children free?
Children under 3 years of age (calculated by birth year, not exact birth date) enter free of charge. They must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
Is the cable car suitable for pregnant women or guests with medical conditions?
The cable car experience is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with serious medical conditions. Please check with your doctor before visiting.
