Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket on your phone screen is accepted at the door.
Is there an age limit, and can very young children attend?
Children under 2 are admitted free of charge but must be carried throughout the experience. All children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, and each adult may accompany a maximum of five children.
Are there flashing lights or loud sounds inside?
Yes — some areas of the experience include loud sound effects and flashing lights. If you or a member of your group is sensitive to these, please bear this in mind before booking.
How do I get to County Hall?
County Hall is on the South Bank, a short walk from Waterloo station (Northern, Jubilee and Waterloo & City lines). It is also accessible from Westminster station across Waterloo Bridge.
Can I arrive at any time, or is entry timed?
Entry is timed — your ticket is valid for the date you select at booking, so choose a date that suits your plans.
Is the experience suitable for wheelchair users or pushchairs?
The venue is at County Hall, which has step-free access from street level. Note that children under 2 must be carried throughout the experience rather than using a pushchair inside.
