Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your ticket is delivered to your phone and can be scanned directly from your screen at the Valley Station gate.
How often do trams depart?
Trams run approximately every hour. During peak periods — weekends, school holidays and summer — waiting times can be longer, so it's worth arriving early.
What are the opening hours?
Hours vary by season. In summer (late May to early September), the first tram up on weekdays is at 10:00 and at 08:00 on Fridays, weekends and holidays. In winter, the first tram up on weekdays is at 10:00 and at 08:00 on weekends and holidays. Always check the official timetable at pstramway.com before your visit, as hours and closure dates can change.
Is the tramway suitable for young children?
Yes. Children under 3 ride free and can collect their complimentary ticket on-site. Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 21 or over.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets are not permitted on the tramway. Trained service dogs are the only exception.
What happens if the tramway is closed on the day I booked?
