A mobile ticket on your phone is sufficient — no need to print anything. Simply show your confirmation at the entrance.
Can I take photographs inside the palace?
Photography inside the palace is not permitted. You are welcome to take photos in the exterior grounds.
How early do I need to arrive?
You must arrive at least 10 minutes before your timeslot begins. Entry may be refused if you arrive after your slot has started.
Is there free admission available?
Yes — the 9:15 AM and 9:45 AM Monday visits are free of charge (excluding public holidays), but places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.
Are children admitted free?
Children under 6 years old enter free of charge.
Is there somewhere to store my bag during the visit?
Free visitor lockers are available in the shop area. The maximum bag size accepted is 30 × 42 × 50 cm.
