Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your lounge pass is a mobile ticket — simply show it on your phone at the entrance alongside your boarding pass.
Where exactly is the lounge inside the airport?
It is in the international departures zone of Terminal 2, airside. You must pass through customs and passport control before you can reach it.
Can I bring my children?
Yes. Children under 2 are admitted free of charge. Children aged 2–17 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+). Note that children aged 2–11 cannot use massage or spa services if these are offered.
Are all alcoholic drinks included?
