Frequently asked questions
Do I need any skydiving experience to take part?
None at all. This is a tandem jump — you're securely harnessed to a fully qualified instructor who controls the entire dive. A short briefing at the drop zone covers everything you need to know.
What is the difference between the 8,000ft and 15,000ft options?
The ticket options currently available are for the 15,000ft jump, which provides the longest freefall time — approximately 60 seconds — before the parachute deploys at around 5,000ft.
Can I cancel if the weather is bad on the day?
Skydiving is weather-dependent. The operator may cancel or reschedule at short notice due to wind, cloud cover, or other safety factors. Check the cancellation policy on your booking confirmation for full details on rescheduling and refunds.
Is there a weight or health restriction?
Participants weighing 94kg or more, or those with mobility issues, recent injuries, surgeries, epilepsy, or heart conditions, are subject to an assessment at the drop zone. A weight surcharge may apply. Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.
Can under-18s take part?
Participants must be at least 16 years old. Anyone aged 16 or 17 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the drop zone on the day.
Will I get my ticket instantly after booking?
Yes. You receive instant confirmation and a mobile-friendly ticket as soon as your booking is complete — no printing required.
