Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the gate — a screenshot or live screen on your phone is fine.
What time does the cruise depart?
Departures are at 5:00 PM from 5 January to 5 March, and at 7:00 PM from 6 March to 4 January. Select your preferred date at checkout and the correct time will apply automatically.
How early do I need to arrive?
Plan to be at Pier 83 at least 45–60 minutes before departure to allow time for security. Boarding begins 30 minutes before the cruise leaves, and the boat departs promptly.
