Where exactly do I get picked up?
There are multiple pickup locations across the Orlando and Kissimmee area. You choose your preferred stop at the time of booking, and pickups run between 7:00AM and 8:00AM.
Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile voucher accepted?
A mobile voucher is fine. Just make sure the Lead Traveller name on the voucher matches a valid photo ID, as Kennedy Space Center may ask to verify this on arrival.
Is the transport wheelchair accessible?
