Do I need to print my ticket?
No. The pass is fully digital — show it on your smartphone at the Hankyu gate. No printing or collection is needed.
When should I activate the pass?
Activate it on the day you plan to travel, at 3:00 AM or later. If you activate between midnight and 2:59 AM, the pass will not be valid after 3:00 AM on the same calendar day.
Can I use this pass on the Kobe Kosoku line?
No — the Kobe Kosoku line is not covered. The pass is valid on the Hankyu Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, and Takarazuka lines only.
Can two people in my group share one pass?
No. Each traveller needs their own separate pass — one pass covers one person for one day.
Can I use the digital ticket alongside an IC card or other rail ticket?
No. The digital pass cannot be used in combination with IC card tickets or other rail tickets at the same gate.
How far in advance do I need to book?
You receive instant confirmation, so you can book on the day. Just make sure you activate at the right time to get the full day's validity.
