When will my luggage arrive at my hotel?
For airport-to-hotel deliveries, bags dropped off between 09:00 and 15:00 are delivered to your hotel or Airbnb between 18:00 and 21:00 the same day.
What time do I need to leave my bags for airport delivery?
Leave your bags at the hotel or Airbnb front desk between 09:00 and 12:00. They will be delivered to the airport between 15:00 and 21:00.
How do I find out where to drop off my bags at the airport?
LuggAgent will email you the exact pickup location within 24 hours of your booking being confirmed.
What happens if I have more bags than I booked?
The operator can refuse to collect excess luggage. Please book the correct quantity — any losses from a refused transfer are the customer's responsibility.
Is there a size or weight limit for bags?
Yes. Each bag must weigh no more than 32 kg, and the combined length, width, and height must not exceed 180 cm.
Does the insurance cover scratches and wheel damage?
No. The USD 1,600 insurance covers delay, loss, and damage but excludes cosmetic scratches and damage to handles, wheels, or bag contents.
