Can I visit the same attraction more than once?
No. Re-entry to the same attraction or experience is not permitted within the pass period.
Is the Osaka Metro and City Bus Pass available to everyone?
The metro and bus add-on is available to non-Japan citizens only. You may be asked to present a passport or ID when collecting the physical pass.
Is the HEP FIVE Ferris Wheel included?
The HEP FIVE Ferris Wheel is listed as a participating attraction but is currently closed for renovation until late April 2026, so it cannot be visited during that period.
Are there any restrictions on specific attractions?
Yes — Umeda Sky Building entry with the pass is until 3:00 PM only, the Tsutenkaku Tower Slider is available on weekdays only, and LEGOLAND Discovery Center Osaka has usage restrictions. Check individual attraction websites for opening hours and closure dates before you visit.
When does my pass start?
Your pass is date-based — you select your start date at the time of booking, and the pass covers consecutive calendar days from that date (1 or 2 days depending on your option).
