Do I need to use the Seine cruise on the same day as the rest of the tour?
Not necessarily — the Seine River cruise ticket is valid for six months from your selected travel date, so you can use it on a different day if you prefer.
Is there a children's menu at Madame Brasserie?
Yes. A dedicated children's menu is available. Children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge but will not be allocated a seat.
Is this a guided tour with a live guide?
No — this is a self-guided experience. Onsite staff will provide a QR code at the meeting point to download the audio guide app for the bus and cruise portions.
What happens if there are long queues at the Eiffel Tower?
You have reserved access to the first floor, but the Eiffel Tower's own security procedures and crowd levels may still cause short delays. Build a little flexibility into your day.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Please check the cancellation policy at the time of booking, as terms are confirmed during checkout. The Seine cruise ticket's six-month validity does offer some built-in flexibility.
