What is the weight limit for the Bungy Jump and Human Slingshot?
Participants must weigh between 40 kg and 100 kg. The full-body harness fits waist sizes from 38 cm to 130 cm.
Can children take part?
Children under 16 are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the activity.
Are there any health conditions that prevent participation?
Yes. The Bungy Jump and Human Slingshot are not suitable for pregnant women or anyone with high blood pressure, heart conditions, dizziness, epilepsy, neurological conditions, asthma, or neck, spine, leg or eye problems. The ATV activity has its own fitness requirements — check with staff on arrival if you have concerns.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
In cases of extreme weather, activities may be cancelled for safety reasons. If your session cannot go ahead, contact the operator or our customer support team to discuss rebooking or a refund.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No — a mobile ticket displayed on your phone is accepted at the venue.
Should I eat before the jump?
It is strongly advisable to avoid a large meal before the Bungy Jump or Human Slingshot. A light snack a couple of hours beforehand is fine.
