Is there a height requirement to take part?
Yes. All participants must be at least 145 cm tall to join the karting session. Please check before booking if you are bringing younger children.
Can we race at night?
Night sessions are available on weekends and public holidays when the venue stays open until 21:00. On weekdays, operating hours run from 09:00 to 18:00.
When will I receive my booking confirmation?
An email confirmation is sent one day after your booking date. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive in your inbox.
Are there any health conditions that prevent participation?
The activity is not recommended for guests who are pregnant or who have hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, or epilepsy.
What happens if the venue is closed on the day?
Operating hours and closures can change without prior notice due to maintenance or other circumstances. It is worth contacting the venue directly if you have any concerns on the day.
Do I need to print my ticket?
A digital confirmation is accepted. Simply show your booking confirmation on your phone when you arrive at the venue.
