Frequently asked questions
Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?
A mobile ticket on your phone is accepted — no need to print anything. Just have your booking confirmation ready to show at the boarding point.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
In cases of extreme weather the cruise may be cancelled for safety reasons. If this happens you will be notified and offered an alternative or refund.
Is there an indoor area if it gets cold or wet?
The vessel has an enclosed cabin as well as the open-top viewing deck, so you can move between the two depending on conditions.
My child is three years old — do I need to buy them a ticket?
No. Children aged four and under travel completely free of charge — no ticket purchase required for them.
What is the difference between the Peak and Off-peak tickets?
Peak tickets apply during the busier travel season and are priced accordingly; Off-peak tickets are available during quieter periods. Both cover the same cruise experience.
Is commentary available in languages other than English?
The live skipper commentary is in English, but printed interpretation handouts are provided in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, German, Spanish and French.
