No — the cruise circles Alcatraz Island and the audio guide covers its history, but there is no landing. To visit the island itself, you'll need a separate Alcatraz ferry ticket.
Do I need to print my ticket?

Is the cruise wheelchair accessible?

What happens if the weather is bad?
