Present your mobile ticket at the Skyline Luge ticket counter on Imbiah Road to redeem your luge and Skyride passes. Your Gardens by the Bay conservatory voucher should be redeemed at the conservatory entrance on the same day.

Can my young child ride the luge?
Children aged 6 and over who are at least 110 cm tall may ride alone. Younger children or those under 110 cm can ride in tandem with a full-paying adult aged 17 or over. For the Skyride, the minimum height to ride with an adult is 85 cm; to ride alone, 135 cm.
Do both conservatory visits have to be on the same day as the luge?
The Flower Dome and Cloud Forest must both be visited on the same calendar day, and re-entry is not permitted. There is no requirement to combine them with your luge visit on the same day, but check your ticket terms for any validity window.
What happens if the Gardens by the Bay conservatories are closed for maintenance?
The conservatories undergo monthly maintenance closures. Check the official Gardens by the Bay website for specific dates before you visit. Tickets used on a closure date are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, so it's worth confirming in advance.
Are the rides safe for people with health conditions?
Passengers with heart conditions, motion sickness, back problems, epilepsy, vertigo, or expectant mothers are not permitted on the luge or Skyride. If you have any physical limitations, please check with the operator before booking.
What if the weather is bad on the day?
In extreme weather conditions, the luge and Skyride may be temporarily suspended for safety. The conservatories are fully indoors and unaffected by weather.
Can I bring food into the conservatories?
Food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside both the Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest. There are dining options available elsewhere within Gardens by the Bay.
