A mobile ticket is accepted. Simply display the QR code on your smartphone at the entrance turnstiles — no printout needed.
What is the difference between a dated ticket and an open-dated ticket?
A dated ticket is valid only on the specific date you select at checkout. An open-dated ticket lets you choose your visit date later, giving you more flexibility if your plans might change.
Are children free, and what counts as a child?
Children under 4 years old enter free of charge. Tickets for older children are priced separately — select the relevant age category when booking.
What does the Universal Express Pass cover, and what does it exclude?
The Express Pass lets you skip standby queues on most major rides, but it does not cover Canopy Flyer, Treasure Hunters, Magic Potion Spin, or Ready, Set, Rescue!, and does not guarantee front-row seating. Inclusions are subject to change — check the official USS website before your visit.
