Frequently asked questions
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the terminal — a screenshot or the live booking confirmation on your phone is all you need.
Which cruise should I book to see the Banpo Bridge Rainbow Fountain?
The Moonlight Music Cruise passes Banpo Bridge and offers the best chance to see the fountain show after dark. Note that between 7 and 9 October 2025, high tide means this cruise will operate downstream and the fountain show will not be available on those dates.
What time does the Sunset Cruise depart?
The Sunset Cruise departs at 6:00 PM from February to October, and at 5:00 PM from November to January. If you want to catch the sunset between May and September, the 7:00 PM Moonlight Music Cruise timeslot is recommended instead.
Is the cruise suitable for young children?
Yes. Children under 3 years old travel free of charge, and the calm, seated nature of the cruise suits families well.
What is the difference between the weekday and weekend Tour Cruise tickets?
The Tour Cruise is offered at two price points — one for weekdays and a separate option for weekends and public holidays. Select the ticket that matches your travel date when booking.
Where exactly do I board?
Boarding is at Eland Cruise Terminal 2 in the Yeouido area of Seoul. Arrive a few minutes before your scheduled departure to allow time for ticket checks.
