Frequently asked questions
Which ticket should I choose — standard or winter season?
If you're visiting between roughly late autumn and early spring, the winter season ticket takes you to the Garden of Morning Calm in the evening for the light festival. The standard ticket runs a daytime itinerary suited to the warmer months. Check the dates available on the booking calendar to confirm which applies to your travel date.
Is the bike rental on Nami Island included?
No — bike rental is available on the island but is not included in the tour price. You can hire one locally at your own cost once you arrive.
Where exactly do I meet the tour?
There are several pick-up points in Seoul. The specific location will be confirmed in your booking details. You make your own way there; the guide meets you at the designated spot.
Can children join the tour?
Yes. Children under 3 years old are free of charge, though no seat will be reserved for them. Older children are welcome on the tour.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather and traffic conditions. In April, a visit to Eden Cherry Blossom Road may be added depending on bloom conditions. The operator will advise of any significant changes.
Where does the tour drop me off at the end?
You'll be dropped off at one of three central Seoul stations: Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station, Myeongdong Station, or Hongik University Station.
