What time does the tour depart, and does it change by season?
Yes — departure times shift seasonally. During October to November (autumn foliage season), the Hongik University Station pick-up is at 5:35 AM and Myeongdong Station at 6:00 AM. From December to September, those times are 6:15 AM and 6:45 AM respectively. Your confirmation will show the correct time for your date.
Are cable car tickets at Seoraksan included?
No. Outside the October–November foliage season, the Seoraksan portion of the tour follows the cable car route, but cable car tickets are not included in the price and must be purchased separately on the day.
Where does the tour drop off at the end of the day?
The tour ends between 8:00 and 8:10 PM with drop-off at either Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station or Myeongdong Station in Seoul.
Is this tour suitable for young children?
Children under 3 years old travel free of charge, though no seat will be reserved for them. The day is long (roughly 14 hours) and involves walking, so it's worth considering whether very young children will be comfortable.
