Does the ticket include entry to Nami Island?
No — the shuttle fare covers transport only. You will need to purchase a separate Nami Island entrance ticket on arrival.
What happens if I miss the morning departure?
The shuttle departs at a fixed time and cannot wait for late arrivals. Please allow plenty of time to reach your pickup point before 9:10 AM.
Can I choose a different return time or stay overnight?
The return shuttle departs Nami Island at 4:30 PM and is the only included return service. If you wish to stay longer, you would need to arrange your own transport back to Seoul.
Is this service suitable for young children?
Children under 2 years travel free of charge but are not entitled to a dedicated seat and must sit on a guardian's lap.
