Do I need to visit both parks on the same day?
No. The Night Safari ticket is fixed to a specific date, but the Singapore Zoo ticket can typically be used on a separate day — check your booking confirmation for the validity window of each ticket.
Is the Creatures of the Night show included in this pass?
Admission to the Night Safari is included, but seats for the Creatures of the Night presentation must be reserved separately and in advance at mandai.com/en/things-to-do/activities/shows.html.
Are children free?
Children under 3 years old enter free of charge. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your pass is a mobile ticket — simply show it on your phone at the gate. Saving a screenshot is a sensible backup in case of poor connectivity.
Are the sea lion and penguin habitats open at the Zoo?
The sea lion and penguin habitats are closed for a major revamp until approximately 2027. You can still see sea lions at the Splash Safari Presentation, held daily at 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM in the Shaw Foundation Amphitheatre.
Where exactly do I go when I arrive at Mandai?
Both parks sit within the Mandai Wildlife Reserve on Mandai Lake Road. Head to the individual entrance of whichever park you are visiting that day and present your mobile ticket there.
