Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?
A mobile ticket is accepted — simply show your booking confirmation on your phone at the lounge entrance alongside your boarding pass.
Where exactly is the lounge inside Terminal 4?
The lounge is situated within the restricted departures area of Terminal 4, accessible only after you have cleared customs, passport control or transit security. Follow lounge signage once airside.
Can I enter the lounge if I am a transit passenger?
Yes. Transit passengers who have cleared transit customs and security control are welcome, provided they hold a valid onward flight boarding pass.
When does my access time start — at booking or at entry?
Your chosen duration (3, 6 or 12 hours) begins from the time you check in at the lounge, not from your booking time.
Are children admitted, and is there a charge?
Children under 2 years are admitted free of charge. Children aged 2 and above require a paid ticket and must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or over. Children aged 2–11 are not permitted to use massage or spa services if offered.
Are all drinks included, or will I be charged for alcohol?
Non-alcoholic drinks — water, soft drinks, coffee and tea — are fully included. Certain alcoholic beverages may carry an additional charge payable at the lounge.
