River Wonders is the first and only river-themed wildlife park in Asia. Its exhibits recreate the unique landscapes of the marine and terrestrial animals that inhabit the iconic Mississippi, Congo, Nile, Ganges, Mekong, and Yangtze Rivers. Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket can be scanned directly from your phone at the entrance.
What is the difference between a fixed-date and an open-dated ticket?
A fixed-date ticket is valid only on the date you select at checkout. An open-dated ticket can be used on any day within the validity period, giving you more flexibility if your plans change.
How do I reserve seats for the animal show?
The Once Upon A River show is included in your admission, but seats must be reserved separately in advance via the Mandai website at mandai.com. Seats are not guaranteed without a reservation.
Is the Amazon River Quest suitable for children?
Children must be at least 106 cm tall to ride. Those between 106 cm and 135 cm must be accompanied by an adult. The ride is not suitable for pregnant women or guests with certain health conditions.
Are children admitted free?
Children under 3 years old enter free of charge. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
When is the last admission?
Last admission is one hour before closing time. Opening hours and closure dates vary, so check the official Mandai website before your visit. The last Amazon River Quest ride departs at 5:30 PM.
