Your voucher will be sent to your email address within two days of completing your booking. Check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived.

A digital voucher on your phone is sufficient — there is no need to print it.
Which pick-up point should I choose?
If you are arriving by high-speed rail, use Zuoying HSR Station (09:00). If you are coming by local train or staying near the city centre, Tainan Train Station (08:30) is the more convenient option.
Can I bring a young child on this tour?
Children aged two and under may join free of charge, but an insurance fee is payable in cash on the day. Children aged three and above require a standard ticket.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
