Do I need to print my voucher, or is a mobile version accepted?
A digital voucher on your phone is fine. You'll receive it by email within one day of booking — just show it to your driver-guide at pickup.
Are entrance fees to the museum and attractions included?
No — the tour price covers the private vehicle, guide, and insurance. Entrance fees for the Taiwan Salt Museum and other sites are paid separately on the day.
We're travelling with a toddler. Is that possible?
Yes, but Taiwanese law requires children aged three and under to use an approved car seat. Please note this at the time of booking; a fee of NTD 100 per seat is paid directly to the driver on the day.
What happens if we want to spend longer at a stop?
The tour covers eight hours. If you run over, additional time is charged at NTD 250 per extra 30 minutes, paid directly to the driver.
How many people can join the private tour?
The vehicle accommodates a maximum of four passengers, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups of friends.
