You must have cleared customs and passport control (departing passengers) or transit customs and security (transit passengers) before you can access it. Present your onward flight boarding pass and your lounge ticket — mobile ticket accepted — at the lounge entrance.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket is accepted — simply show your booking confirmation on your phone at the lounge entrance.
Can I enter the lounge before clearing passport control?
No. The lounge is in the airside restricted zone, so you must clear customs and passport control (or transit security) before accessing it.
Is a boarding pass required even if I have a lounge ticket?
Yes. An onward flight boarding pass must be presented alongside your lounge ticket at entry.
Are shower facilities included?
Showers are not available in Zone A1 of this lounge. Where available in other zones, an additional charge may apply — this cost is not included in your ticket.
Can I bring my children?
Yes. Children under 2 are admitted free of charge. Children aged 2–17 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+). Note that children aged 2–11 cannot use massage or spa services if offered.
What happens if my flight is delayed and I need more time?
Your ticket covers the session length you selected (3, 6 or 12 hours). If you need longer, we recommend booking the 12-hour option to give yourself maximum flexibility.
