Which airports can I collect and return the device at?
You can pick up and return the router at Taoyuan International Airport or Kaohsiung International Airport, depending on which option you select at booking.
Is a deposit charged to my card?
A hold will be placed on your credit card as a security deposit, but no actual charge is made provided you return the full equipment set — router, SIM card, power cord, plug and pouch — in good condition. American Express and UnionPay cards cannot be used for the deposit.
What happens if I miss my pickup date?
No refund is provided for a no-show on your stated pickup date, so make sure your travel dates are confirmed before booking.
Can I return the device outside of counter opening hours?
Yes. A return box is available at the designated counter outside of service hours, so you can drop off the equipment even if your flight departs late at night or very early in the morning.
What exactly needs to go back in the pouch when I return it?
You must return the router, SIM card, power cord and plug inside the provided pouch. Equipment left outside the pouch will not be considered returned, which may result in additional charges.
Will the connection speed always be 4G?
Speeds are 4G in most areas, but transmission rates can slow during peak internet traffic or in areas with lower signal. Excessive data use may also affect connection quality.
