Can I go straight to Ghibli Museum and skip the earlier stops?
No. Participants must join from the Keio Plaza Hotel meeting point and cannot join the tour midway or travel independently to any venue.
Can I leave the tour early at Ghibli Museum?
Yes, leaving at Ghibli Museum is permitted. You will need to make your own way onwards from there, and no refund is given for the unused portion.
What happens if Ghibli Museum is closed on the day?
If the museum closes due to unforeseen circumstances, the tour will be cancelled. Check the operator's cancellation policy for details on refunds in this situation.
Can I bring a pushchair or stroller into Ghibli Museum?
Baby strollers are not permitted inside Ghibli Museum. Families with very young children should plan to carry or use a baby carrier inside the museum.
