There are two options: the Shin Marunouchi Building in front of JR Tokyo Station (under the BEAMS sign) at 08:00 AM, or in front of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation at Shinjuku West Exit at 08:30 AM. If you have arranged hotel pick-up, the operator will send your pick-up time the day before.
Are entrance fees to the temples and shrines included?
No — entry fees for Kotoku-in Temple, Enoshima Island shrines and Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine are paid locally and are not included in the tour price. Bring cash for these.
What happens if the Enoden tram is unavailable on the day?
The Enoden tram ride is part of the itinerary, but if guests are unable to board due to unforeseen circumstances, no refund is provided for that specific element. Your guide will do their best to manage the situation.
Can children join the tour?
Yes. Children under 2 travel free but will not have a dedicated seat. Children aged 18 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 21 or over.
Is this tour suitable for older travellers?
Guests aged 70 and above are welcome but must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 22 or over. The day involves a fair amount of walking, so comfortable shoes are strongly recommended for everyone.
