For airport-to-hotel deliveries, bags are delivered between 18:00 and 21:00 on the same day, provided you drop them off at the airport counter between 09:00 and 15:00.
What time will my bags arrive at the airport on departure day?
For hotel-to-airport deliveries, bags dropped at the front desk between 09:00 and 12:00 are delivered to the airport between 15:00 and 21:00.
Where exactly do I drop off my bags at the airport?

What if I have more bags than I booked?
The operator will only accept the number of bags matching your booked quantity. Excess bags may be refused, and any resulting costs are the customer's responsibility — so book the correct number upfront.
Is my luggage insured if it's lost or damaged?
Yes — each bag is covered for up to USD 1,600 against delay, loss, and damage. Note that cosmetic wear such as scratches and damage to handles, wheels, or bag contents is not covered.
Can I book this service for the same day?
You must book a collection time at least 60 minutes after your scheduled flight arrival. For best results, book in advance so you receive your pickup instructions before you land.
