Frequently asked questions
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket displayed on your phone is accepted at the bus. There is no need to print anything.
Can I switch between the three routes on the same pass?
Yes. Your 1 or 2-day pass covers all three lines — Red, Blue, and Green — and you can switch between them at the Marunouchi Mitsubishi Building hub as many times as you like within your pass validity.
Is the bus suitable for young children?
Children aged 5 and under travel free of charge, but no seat is provided for them. If your child needs their own seat, the child fare applies — select this when booking.
Where do I find the current timetable and stop times?
Operating hours and full route schedules can change seasonally. Check the official Sky Hop Bus website at skyhopbus.com/courses before your visit for the most up-to-date information.
What happens if it rains?
The lower deck is enclosed and available on all buses. On wet days you may prefer to sit downstairs, though views will be more limited than from the open upper deck.
Can I cancel my booking?
Please refer to the cancellation policy shown at checkout for the applicable window and refund terms for your booking.
